Welcome to Jay Jays Small Holding Service. We are committed to providing the highest level of care for your animals. By utilising our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Consultation and Service Agreement: To begin, Jay Jays Small Holding Service requires a telephone consultation to understand the specific needs of your animals and to discuss your expectations. This consultation will help us outline the scope of care required and familiarise ourselves with the daily routines and special needs of each animal or group of animals under our care.

2. Booking and Information Form: Following our initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive booking form. This form is designed to gather detailed information necessary for the optimal care of your animals, including but not limited to:
   • Daily routines and schedules.
   • Special dietary requirements and medication instructions.
   • Behavioural quirks and management.
   • Emergency contact information including veterinarians, farriers, or house maintenance personnel.
   • Preferred communication protocols.

3. Disclaimer of Liability: While Jay Jays Small Holding Service will make every effort to provide the highest standard of care and to prevent any incidents, it is acknowledged that unforeseen accidents may occur. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that Jay Jays Small Holding Service cannot be held responsible for any such incidents beyond reasonable control. This disclaimer extends to, but is not limited to, injuries, escapes, or unexpected animal behavior.

4. Compensation and Payments: Details regarding the fees for our services will be provided during the consultation and will be based on the agreed scope of services. Payments are due as specified in the service agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel the service, please notify us at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Changes to Services: Any changes to the scope of services after the initial agreement must be agreed upon in writing. Jay Jays Small Holding Service reserves the right to adjust the cost accordingly.

7. Confidentiality: All information provided by you will be treated confidentially and will only be used to provide care to your animals as per the agreement.

8. Acceptance of Terms: By completing the booking form and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
