To ensure the highest level of care for your animals, I begin with a personal consultation to discuss your specific needs and expectations. During this initial conversation, we'll outline the scope of care required, allowing me to fully understand the daily routines and needs of each animal or group of animals under my care.
Following our discussion, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive booking form. This form gathers detailed information including:
Daily routines for each animal or group of animals
Special dietary requirements and medication instructions
Behavioural quirks, such as tendencies to escape, break fences, or exhibit unusual sleeping habits
Emergency contacts including your details, veterinarians, farriers, or house maintenance personnel
Preferred communication protocols for reaching you or contacting the vet directly
Additionally, the booking form includes a disclaimer acknowledging that while I will do everything within my power to prevent incidents, I cannot be held responsible for unforeseen accidents. This ensures transparency and mutual understanding of the caregiving responsibilities and limitations.
